COVID-19 vaccination

The new COVID-19 vaccines for the 2025-2026 campaign are available from October 15, at the Point de service local Côte-Saint-Luc and the Point de service local Parc-Extension of CIUSSS West-Central-Montreal.

Who can receive the vaccine against COVID-19? 

In fall-winter 2025-2026, COVID-19 vaccination will be offered free of charge to the following:

  • people residing in CHSLDs, RPAs or other group settings with a high proportion of elderly and vulnerable individuals
  • people 65 years old and up
  • people over the age of 6 months who are immuno-compromised, on dialysis or living with a chronic illness
  • pregnant women
  • adults living in remote and/or isolated areas
  • healthcare workers

The number of doses and the intervals between doses depend on the person's age, vaccination history, and health status.

The COVID-19 vaccine is authorized for people over the age of 6 months who want to reduce their risk of complications. However, it is not free. For information about the cost of the vaccine, contact your pharmacy or medical clinic.

How can an appointment for vaccination be made?

We strongly recommend make an appointment for those: 

  • 6 years and older:  With or without appointment.
  • Under 6: By appointment only.  

Take an appointment on  Clic Santé or at 514-734-9911, option 3. 

What to bring? 

  • All residents are eligible for vaccination. Please bring your Medicare card (if you have one,) or your IFH (Interim Federal Health Program) document. If you don't have a health insurance card, bring an ID card.
  • Your vaccination record.
