Aire ouverte

If you’re in crisis, first call 911 or go to the Emergency Department for help.

Otherwise, consider turning to Aire ouverte for support.

Aire ouverte, operated in collaboration with local organizations, is where 12- to 25-year-olds can receive a variety of services related to:

  • Physical health (e.g., sexuality, pregnancy, screening tests)
  • Well-being (e.g., conflict, violence, difficult relationships, drugs, alcohol, addictive games)
  • Emotions and mental health (e.g., anger, sadness, concerns about the future, anxiety, depression, difficult situations)

Professionals, including a nurse and social worker, are on site to answer your questions and help you find the services that are right for you.

These services are free, confidential and offered on a flexible schedule, with or without an appointment.

If you’re interested in helping to develop an Aire ouverte site, please contact us. Discussion groups will be held to get the opinions of young people about the services they would find helpful.
