In order to limit the spread of the coronavirus, the Office of the Service Quality and Complaints Commissioner of the Centre-Ouest de l'Île-de-Montréal will exclusively receive complaints and requests for assistance by phone, fax and email. 

Complaints continue to be dealt with and the deadlines set out in the Act Respecting Health Services and Social Services will be upheld.
