General guidelines
- The training sessions are available on the ENA platform, which is accessible using the windows/eEspresso codes that are unique to each CIUSSS employee.
- The codes to access the ENA platform are the same as your Windows and eEspresso codes. If you have any questions about the ENA platform, please contact support.ena.ccomtl@ssss.gouv.qc.ca.
Guidelines for managers
- The data about both training sessions is the responsibility of the Organizational Development and Training Department, which will have access to a report that can be viewed on the ENA platform. This means that all employees will have to be trained on that platform. However, in both of these special cases, managers will not have to submit a training form.
- If certain employees do not have access to a computer, groups can be formed and they will be given access to a computer room. A request must be submitted to formation.ccomtl@ssss.gouv.qc.ca.
