Staffing process and posting schedule

Job posting schedule

The posting of positions in our CIUSSS will now be displayed on a job-posting calendar, and will be scheduled as shown in the attachment. (The attachment contains the updated posting calendar for 2023.) This will make it easier for everyone to know when new professional opportunities are available.

Benefits of this calendar:

  • Better planning and stability for our workforce
  • Better planning for our employees’ careers
  • Practices and starting dates harmonized across our CIUSSS’s facilities

A candidate may apply for more than one position at a time; that person has 24 hours to respond to the Staffing team. For this to happen, additional processing time must be provided at the end of the posting.
