Below is a brief update regarding the partial resumption of services following the fire that occurred on March 3 in the CLSC building.
The following services are now available:
- Family Medicine Group
- Early childhood vaccination
- The STI Testing and Screening Centre (as of March 30)
The entrance has been temporarily relocated to Saint‑Mathieu Street. Please note that the elevators are not currently operational. Staff members are on site to assist people with reduced mobility.
Relocation of some services and administrative offices to 4039 Tupper Street
The administrative offices for SAPA SAD as well as Rehabilitation (SAD) are now located at the Tupper street location in Westmount.
As of April 8, the following services will receive clients on site at 4039 Tupper Street:
- CARD services (Rapid Access Clinic for Addiction)
- CAMII services (Center for Access to Injection and Inhalation Supplies)
- Certain EFJ team services, by appointment only, starting April 13
- SIM services (Intensive Follow-Up in the Community)
- DI-TSA services, by appointment
If you wish to access nursing care services and psychosocial services, these services have been relocated to CLSC de Côte‑des‑Neiges. Your usual care team will be there to welcome you.
To obtain help by phone, please dial 811 and select option 2 to speak with a psychosocial professional.
