Living with Stroke is a group learning program that consists of 7 workshops of 3 hours each conducted weekly. It includes an adapted exercise session of 45 minutes with a kinesiologist.
It has been developed for people who have had a stroke and for individuals who care for them.
Topics that will be addressed include understanding stroke, physical changes and challenges, nutrition, reducing the risk of stroke and more.
