An innovative data tool developed by our CIUSSS has been awarded the Prix Santé et Services sociaux at the 
2025 IAPQ Awards.
The prize-winning platform advances value-based health care, as it:
- Tracks costs and outcomes across the full care continuum
- Enables time-driven, activity-based costing at the patient level
- Improves visibility on care pertinence
- Integrates patient-reported outcome measures into the costing data
The tool accomplishes all of these objectives while enhancing Québec’s costing framework for the health and social services system.
