SIPPE Program

The purpose of Integrated Perinatal and Early Childhood Services (SIPPE) is to foster optimal child development and to optimize the health and wellness potential of moms, dads, unborn children and infants aged 0 to 5.

Eligibility

This program is intended for expectant moms and parents of infants under 1 year of age living below the low-income threshold (as established by Statistics Canada) and who haven’t graduated from high school or who feel socially isolated.
