Fall prevention program

Winter 2019

The Stand Up / PIED program is a 12-week intensive fall prevention program for people 65 and over. The program aims to help seniors improve their balance and leg strength, maintain healthy bones and bolster their self-confidence. The program involves group exercises twice a week, led by a health and exercise professional (kinesiologist).
The winter 2019 session of the PIED program will be offered in the following locations in the CLSC de Benny Farm, René-Cassin, Métro, de Côte-Des-Neiges and de Parc-Extension territories.
