Temporary schedule for nursing and psychosocial services as of April 15:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
To receive psychosocial help from a social worker, please call your CLSC from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, or call Info-Social at 811, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, if you wish to receive a medical assessment for people 17 and over, you must contact your family doctor or, if not possible to your FMG. If this is not possible, use the RVSQ or sante.gouv.qc.ca websites. Please note that Info-Santé does not give appointments for people 17 and over.
Info-Santé can forward a request to help parents get an appointment in pediatric centres for children 16 and under.

CLSC Test Centres- by appointment only
Starting August 10, 2020, our CLSC test centres will run by appointment only. Walk-in visits will no longer be permitted.
As of that date, anyone who wants to make an appointment at one of our CLSC test centres to have blood drawn or other samples tested must go to CLICSANTE.CA. Then they should choose “Blood test and specimens” and enter their postal code. Clic Santé will propose an appointment, which may not be for the same day. CLSCs can also be phoned to book an appointment.
