Online Physiotherapy Workshop

Join our one-time virtual workshop led by physiotherapists designed to help parents better understand and support babies with flat head syndrome (plagiocephaly or brachycephaly) and head turning or tilting preferences (torticollis).

This workshop provides practical, evidence-based information you can use right away to support your baby’s movement, and development.

What we’ll focus on

  • Flat head syndrome: what it is, why it happens, and what you can do
  • Head turning or head tilt preference (torticollis)
  • Everyday positioning and handling to support head shape and neck movement
  • Tummy time: how much, how to make it easier, and why it matters
  • Supporting early gross motor development from birth to 6 months
  • Simple strategies you can use at home to help your baby

Who should attend

This workshop is intended for:

  • Parents of infants with a flat spot on the head
  • Parents concerned about their baby always looking or tilting to one side
  • Parents who want guidance on tummy time and early motor development
  • Families who have been referred to physiotherapy for plagiocephaly or torticollis
