Upcoming meetings

We are pleased to invite you to the regular meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on Thursday, June 12 2025, starting at 7:30 a.m. at JEC. In order to attend this session, we invite you to write to the following e-mail address:  johanne.demers.ccomtl@ssss.gouv.qc.ca. We will gladly provide you with the information you need to log in.

As provided for in the By-Law on the internal governance of the Board of Directors, a question period is on the agenda. If you wish to ask a question at the meeting, please send your question by e-mail, no later than noon the day before the meeting, to the following e-mail address:  johanne.demers.ccomtl@ssss.gouv.qc.ca. Questions will be read and answered during the question period at the beginning of the meeting. If you have a question but are unable to participate in the video conference, please note that anyone who submitted a question before the deadline will receive an email response.
