UPDATE A REGISTRATION ON THE GAMF
If you wish to update your registration or change your phone number, you can do so directly through the GAMF while maintaining your priority.
To change your address, you must contact the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ) at 514-864-3411 or make the change online via the Québec Address Change Service (SQCA).
You can report a change in your health status directly to the GAMF. It is also possible to request that a nurse assess your health condition, if this service is available in your region. This person may also update the priority assigned to your registration, if applicable based on your health status.
