Notice to Travelers
The Government of Quebec does not take care of pre-travel screening tests. Confirmation of a screening test result from one of our testing clinics will not specify the type of test you received and therefore may not be eligible for the purposes of boarding a plane and entering a foreign country.

- people with symptoms
- people who have had close contact with someone who has COVID‑19
Prioritization of testing
Testing is prioritized based on the highest probability of finding cases, in order to quickly begin investigations and contact tracing and thereby control outbreaks. To find out if you should get tested, use the COVID-19 Symptom Self-Assessment Tool
The clinic is located in trailers in the parking lot of the Jewish General Hospital at the intersection of Légaré Street and Bourret Avenue, across the street from the Pavilion K entrance.

The testing clinic is open every day will operate on a walk-in basis from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and by appointment from 1:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Upon arrival at the clinic, one piece of valid photo identification must be provided (e.g., driver’s license or healthcare insurance card).
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to protect healthcare workers and users, it is extremely important that you comply with the instructions that you receive when you arrive.
All of the necessary safety precautions relating to the designated COVID-19 Testing Clinic have been taken, as determined by the CIUSSS’s healthcare professionals and the health authorities.
To ensure the highest level of safety, CIUSSS West-Central Montreal has also arranged for security guards to be present onsite.
On the premises of the Jewish General Hospital at the intersection of Légaré Street and Bourret Avenue.

The testing clinic is not accessible from the Jewish General Hospital.
Designated parking spots are available in the parking lot next to the trailers, accessible from Lavoie St. Parking fees apply and places are limited. Parking for the testing clinic is not permitted in the hospital’s underground parking lot.
