We offer a midwife follow up primarily to clients residing on the territory of the CIUSSS-du-Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal as well as to women who have already had a pregnancy follow-up with our team. If you are a former client, we will automatically assign you a follow-up.
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 7 days of your registration.
We offer the first appointment between the 9th and 12th week of pregnancy.
If you have not received a call from the Birthing Center to start a follow-up with our team, we will keep your file opened in the event that a place becomes available. We can call you back up to the 30th week of pregnangcy to offer a follow-up at the Birthing Center.
If you reside outside Montreal, we suggest you register to the nearest birthing center in your region.
Also, if you do not have a medical card, you can still register to the waiting list and call our office for more informations.
For all women registering to the Birthing Center:
In the event that your expected delivery date changes, following an ultrasound for example, it is important to let us know since we assign follow-ups according to the expected month of your delivery.
While waiting for a response from the Birthing Center, we invite you to register to the service of «Ma grossesse».
The «Ma grossesse» service allows pregnant women living in Quebec access to the information and professionals they need during their pregnancy.
