- The wearing of an ID card is mandatory at all times in order to facilitate the identification of people working in our establishment.
- To obtain this card, every employee must follow the instructions given to him-her upon hiring in order to obtain his-her ID card as soon as possible.
- A fee applies for the replacement of any lost card.
- Upon leaving our establishment, the employee gives his or her ID card to his or her immediate supervisor who returns it where the card was produced.

The Jewish General Hospital (JGH) identity card with access does not provide access to other CIUSSS facilities.
