Guide to Pregnancy and Baby's Arrival During the COVID-19 Pandemic

If you are expecting a child during the pandemic, or have recently given birth, the pandemic may be causing stress to you or your significant other. This is normal.

The attached guide offers tips and information to help pregnant women, new parents and their families stay informed. It covers topics relating to pregnancy and the postnatal period during COVID-19.
