The CAFE (Crise-Ado-Famille-Enfance) Program was developed for children age 6 to 17 and their family who are experiencing a major family crisis.
Our CAFE team:
- takes action within two hours of a phone call and can go directly to the scene of the incident (home, school, etc.)
- follows up to restore family balance
- is available from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., 365 days a year
To get help from a CAFE team:
- During operating hours, contact a CLSC
- Outside operating hours, call the Info-Santé hotline at 8-1-1 or one of Montreal’s
youth centres
