If a parent, physician or other professional suspects that a child aged 5 or under is showing signs of a developmental delay, services may be obtained at one of our CLSCs.

Agir tôt program

The Agir tôt program is for children ages 0-5 years old showing signs of a developmental delay.

Agir tôt’s objectives are to improve identifying children at risk, to better direct them to services and more quickly, and to offer the appropriate services.   

Our multidisciplinary team is made up of the following professionals:

  • occupational therapists
  • physiotherapists
  • nutritionists
  • speech language pathologists
  • special care counsellors
  • psychoeducators
  • nurses
  • psychologists
  • social workers

Available services

  • Screening of children 0-5 years old with a suspected developmental delay
  • Evaluation and intervention
  • Group activities
  • Accompaniment, support for parents, and referrals

Present yourself at the psychosocial intake of your  CLSC or call 8-1-1.
