Assistance for quitting smoking

Are you thinking of quitting? Take advantage of individual meetings focused on your needs. The services offered by our Smoking Cessation Centres are free!

During the meetings, different aspects of smoking cessation are discussed:

  • Nicotine withdrawal
  • Remaining a non-smoker
  • Resources
  • Prescriptions for pharmaceutical aids (nicotine patches and gum) reimbursed by RAMQ
