The creation of working groups within the DEIB initiative is intended to advance the state of play in relation to a topic identified as requiring greater attention and deliberate advances within the organization for greater equity and inclusion for certain historically minoritized or marginalized social groups.
The aim of these working groups is to contribute to the advancement of CIUSSS's awareness, understanding and transformation of issues related to historically minoritized or marginalized social groups, by bringing together players in the field who have expertise, an interest or who belong to these historically minoritized or marginalized social groups, within the CCOMTL's internal community (employees or users).
