Go behind the scenes in our Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit, where teamwork makes the dream work! From nurses to respiratory therapists, orderlies, doctors and more, at least 25 members of staff work at the patients’ bedside on any given shift. Not to be overlooked is the essential contribution of other members of the team, including nursing educators, unit agents, social workers, physiotherapists, speech language pathologists, dietitians, housekeeping technicians, IPAC consultants and maintenance workers.
